The main project “Słowiński” with a capacity of 240 MW is located in two different Polish municipalities, Ustka and Słupsk, in the Northwestern part of Poland near the Baltic Sea.
The wind farm consists of 104 wind turbine generators of the 2MW class and is planned with the turbines of a well-experienced market leader in the wind energy business.
The planned start of operation of the wind farm is scheduled before the end of 2009.
The Power Purchase Agreement was closed with Energa Obrót Spółka Akcyjna in September 2007.
The connection is planned to the high voltage line of the Polish grid operator with whom the negotiations are still in process.
Wind data on the Słowiński project site have been collected for more than 20 months proving the wind conditions to be excellent.
