Green Power Polska Sp. z o.o.

Green Power Polska Sp. z o.o. (GPP) was founded in June 2006 by Green Power Investment Corporation (GPI), a Japanese company founded in 2004 investing in renewable energy projects (see “Group”). GPP is owned 100% by GPI, thus having a sound financial background for the implementation of wind energy projects.

Since its foundation GPP has been conducting project and planning activities for wind energy projects in Poland.

In August 2007 GPP took over the project “Słowiński”, which was established in March 2006 by a former developer (“Słowiński Park Elektrowni Wiatrowych Sp. z o.o.”). In November 2007 “Green Power Słowiński Sp. z o.o.” was founded for the further development of the largest wind farm in Europe, located in the communities of Ustka and Słupsk in the North of Poland with a capacity of about 240 MW.

Beside the projects currently under development GPP is interested to participate in further promising projects in Poland in various stages of development.
